Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American model and television star. Burns first made an appearance on television in 1995 in the Spanish American Teen Sitcom Out of the Blue, where she was Peg. Burns was a member of the Baywatch cast in 1998. She then starred on Baywatch: Hawaii's second Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy caused her to quit the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been a fitness model on television and a performer for nearly ten years. Her most notable role is in the role of Jessie Owens of Baywatch. The most famous role she has played is Shallow Hal in the 2001 commercially-successful film.
